Foaming Processing Systems

Adhesive foam dispensing technology combines inert gas with hot melt adhesives and sealants to create a closed-cell foam structure at the point of dispensing. The result is a lighter, more flexible bond layer with superior surface coverage and reduced material consumption.

Adhesive volume and weight can be reduced by up to 50% compared to conventional dispensing — lowering your material costs while improving application performance. Liujiang foam dispensing systems deliver consistent, repeatable results across high-volume production environments.
